Truck Stop

Something's always going on in Resaca. A truck broke down in front of Resaca Church of God on May 30th. 

I noticed the driver motioning traffic to go around his truck when I heard some driver shout "You're an asshole!" as he went around. I couldn't help but laugh. He must not have been from Gordon county because they are some of the most laid back drivers around.

Y'all take it easy and don't ever get in a rush when you're on Highway 41.

Accidents Happen

Today I was headed towards Dalton and saw an accident near the Monastery of the Glorious Ascension on Highway 41. Traffic was still backed up when I started back home that way. I had to turn around and take the long way home through Hill City and Highway 136.

I met an ambulance on the way home but the emergency lights weren't on so I hope nobody was badly injured in the wreck. It certainly slowed down traffic. Take it easy, folks, and stay safe.
